We deeply value your time and we are grateful that you value ours. To provide every client with the care and attention they deserve, we’ve implemented the following policies to ensure a seamless and respectful experience for everyone involved.
Consultation Fee
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable consultation fee is always required. This fee is redeemable toward your treatment, should it be deemed clinically appropriate by your practitioner on the day. Late arrivals of more than 7-10 minutes without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee and a rescheduled appointment.
Appointment Etiquette
To preserve a serene and attentive atmosphere for every client, we kindly request that you attend your appointment unaccompanied. This allows our team to focus fully on your service and ensures a calm environment for all.
Additionally, for the health and safety of everyone within our clinic, children are not permitted on the premises. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain these standards here at Rejuved.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Your safety is always our top priority. Our team and medical practitioners may, at their discretion, decline treatment if it’s not the right fit for you.
