Respect for Time
We deeply value your time and we are grateful that you value ours. To provide every client with the care and attention they deserve, we’ve implemented the following policies to ensure a seamless and respectful experience for everyone involved.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
As we allocate time specifically for you and roster our team accordingly, any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will result in forfeiting your deposit for applicable treatments.
We understand that unexpected things can happen, bu this policy ensures we can continue to support our highly qualified staff and provide the best care to all of our patients.

Laser Hair Removal cancellation policy
Due to the clinical time and preparation required for laser appointments, a 50% cancellation fee applies for any laser hair removal bookings that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, no cancellation fee applies, and your deposit or payment may be retained as a clinic credit for rebooking.
Appointment Etiquette
To preserve a serene and attentive atmosphere for every client, we kindly request that you attend your appointment unaccompanied. This allows our team to focus fully on your service and ensures a calm environment for all.
Additionally, for the health and safety of everyone within our clinic, children are not permitted on the premises. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain these standards here at Rejuved.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Your safety is always our top priority. Our team and medical practitioners may, at their discretion, decline treatment if it’s not the right fit for you.

Consultation Fee
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable consultation fee is always required. This fee is redeemable toward your treatment, should it be deemed clinically appropriate by your practitioner on the day. Late arrivals of more than 7-10 minutes without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee and a rescheduled appointment.
