Naturopathy

At Rejuved, naturopathy is centred on skin health, gut health, and women’s hormonal wellbeing. Consultations are designed to uncover the root cause of ongoing symptoms and support your body with personalised, evidence‑informed care.

Rather than quick fixes, this approach focuses on understanding how the gut, hormones, nervous system and skin are interconnected, and creating realistic, sustainable plans that fit your lifestyle.

Information

  • Naturopathy is a holistic form of healthcare that works with the body’s natural healing processes. It combines nutrition, lifestyle medicine, herbal and nutritional therapies, and functional insight to address imbalances at their source.

For skin, gut and hormonal concerns, naturopathy focuses on:

    • Digestive function and microbiome balance

    • Liver detoxification and elimination pathways

    • Hormonal signalling and stress physiology

    • Nutrient status and absorption

    • Inflammation, immune activity and skin barrier health

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, care is individualised and whole‑body focused.

    • Acne, eczema, perioral dermatitis and inflammatory skin conditions

    • Bloating, constipation, reflux, IBS‑type symptoms

    • Gut‑skin axis dysfunction

    • Hormonal acne

    • PMS, PMDD and menstrual irregularities

    • Post‑pill hormone support

    • Perimenopause and menopause

    • Fatigue, stress and nervous system dysregulation

  • Consultation fees reflect the time spent in‑clinic plus off‑session work such as treatment planning, research, and professional‑grade prescribing.

    Initial consultation 75 mins $179.00

The initial consultation is a comprehensive, in‑depth session where we explore:

    • Your full health history

    • Digestive function and dietary patterns

    • Hormonal health (menstrual cycle, contraception history, stress)

    • Skin history, triggers and patterns

    • Lifestyle, sleep, stress and nervous system load

    • Relevant pathology or blood work (if available)

This session allows us to identify key drivers behind your symptoms rather than simply managing flare‑ups.

Following the consult, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan, functional testing/blood test referrals and/or recommendations, and resources to support your plan.

    Follow-up consultation 45 mins $120.00

Follow‑up sessions are where meaningful change happens. These appointments are used to:

    • Review symptom progress

    • Adjust herbal, nutritional or dietary protocols

    • Support implementation and troubleshoot challenges

    • Review basic test results if applicable

    • Continue hormone and gut‑skin support as your body adapts

Most clients benefit from follow‑ups every 4–6 weeks initially, with spacing adjusted as symptoms stabilise.

Extended follow-up consultation (functional pathology interpretation/extra time/ patients that haven’t seen me in 6 months) 60 minutes $140.00

An extended follow‑up is recommended for functional pathology interpretation, more complex or evolving presentations, and when deeper support is needed. This session allows additional time to fully unpack progress and refine your plan.

Extended follow‑ups are ideal if you:

    • Are working through complex skin conditions or persistent gut symptoms

    • Are navigating hormonal transitions (post‑pill, perimenopause, menopause)

    • Need to review multiple test results or blood work

    • Feel stuck or overwhelmed and want to reset your treatment approach

This appointment provides space for deeper education, strategy refinement, and collaborative problem‑solving.

  • To ensure the most effective consultation, please bring:

    • Recent blood tests or medical reports (if available)

    • A list of current medications and supplements

    • Notes on your main symptoms, triggers and goals

This preparation allows the session to focus on high‑impact insights and strategy.

  • After your first appointment, you will receive:

    • A detailed written treatment plan

    • Clear dietary, lifestyle and therapeutic recommendations

    • Guidance on how to introduce changes gradually and sustainably

Email support is available between sessions for brief questions or clarification.

    • Skin–gut–hormone focused care

    • Root‑cause approach, not symptom suppression

    • Personalised plans tailored to your body and lifestyle

    • Evidence‑informed, holistic and realistic recommendations

    • Collaborative care alongside your GP or allied health team when appropriate
