We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We require a non-refundable consultation fee to secure your booking, this fee is redeemable towards your treatment if deemed appropriate.

We have a 48 HR CANCELLATION POLICY. We require a minimum of 48 hrs notice for any appointment change or cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment or fail to present to your appointment, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

The consultation fee may be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late to your proposed appointment time without notifying Rejuved.

Please come alone to your appointment.

Due to health and safety, children are not permitted on premises.

INJECTABLE TREATMENT MINIMUM SPEND is $150 (lip flip, gummy smile, DAO etc.)

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT

- Rejuved and the consulting medical practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual based on clinical judgement and patient safety.
