  • How can I pay for my treatment?

    You can pay for your treatment via EFTPOS, AfterPay or cash.

  • How can I book an appointment?

    You can book online by going on the booking link, or alternatively email info@rejuved.com.au for a direct link to book.

  • What if I am running late to an appointment?

    We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. However treatments are to begin on time to allow appropriate time to complete your service. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are running late, please call or text the clinic on 0435 790 330. You may be subject to loosing your deposit failing to arrive on time. 

  • If I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment, will I lose my deposit/consult fee?

    We require a non-refundable consultation fee to secure your booking, this fee is redeemable towards your treatment if deemed appropriate.


    -We have a 48 HR CANCELLATION POLICY. We require a minimum of 48 hrs notice for any appointment change or cancellation. If you cancel within 48 hrs of your appointment, or fail to present to your appointment, the consultation fee will be forfeited.


    - The consultation fee may be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late to your proposed appointment time without notifying Rejuved.


    - Please come alone to your appointment.


    - Due to health and safety, children are not permitted on premises.
