Your responses are reviewed by a pharmacist and medical practitioner, and once approved, your infusion is confirmed. On the day, our registered nurses take care of everything — you simply arrive, settle in, and relax.

That's exactly what the consultation determines. Every patient completes an individual health screening, and a medical practitioner reviews your history to confirm what's clinically appropriate. If an infusion isn't right for you, we'll always be honest — and where helpful, we may recommend blood testing or an alternative approach through our wider wellness team.

Your nurse will review your approved plan with you, answer any questions, and place a small cannula before beginning your infusion. You're welcome to read, rest, or simply enjoy the quiet while your infusion runs.
