Every infusion begins with an individual pre-screening and consultation, reviewed and approved by a medical practitioner, to determine what is clinically appropriate for you. From there, your infusion is delivered by our registered nurses — unhurried, personalised, and always with your safety and comfort first.

Treatment Information

Once you book, you'll receive a link to complete a confidential pre-screening questionnaire. Your responses are reviewed by a pharmacist and medical practitioner, and once approved, your infusion is confirmed. On the day, our registered nurses take care of everything — you simply arrive, settle in, and relax.

All infusions at Rejuved are administered by our registered nurses, with every treatment individually approved by a medical practitioner beforehand. Safety, professionalism and personalised care are at the heart of everything we do.

That's exactly what the consultation determines. Every patient completes an individual health screening, and a medical practitioner reviews your history to confirm what's clinically appropriate. If an infusion isn't right for you, we'll always be honest — and where helpful, we may recommend blood testing or an alternative approach through our wider wellness team.

Your nurse will review your approved plan with you, answer any questions, and place a small cannula before beginning your infusion. You're welcome to read, rest, or simply enjoy the quiet while your infusion runs.

Most people feel only a brief pinch as the cannula is placed — our nurses are highly experienced and will ensure you're comfortable throughout. If you're nervous about needles, let us know; we'll take all the time you need.

Absolutely — our infusion appointments can accommodate two guests at once. Many of our patients love making it a shared ritual.
