Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
At Rejuved, we take great care in curating our retail offering and want you to love every product you purchase. Please read our policy carefully before completing your order.
Shipping
We offer shipping Australia-wide on all retail orders placed through our online store.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping on orders over $99
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services once your order has left our clinic
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Rejuved is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please reach out to our team within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent
The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if:
The product has been opened or used — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products
More than 14 days have passed since delivery
The product was purchased on sale or as part of a promotional bundle
The product is a gift voucher — gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable
How to request a Return or Exchange
Email us at hello@rejuved.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, the product name and the reason for your return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps
If your return is approved, please send the product back in its original packaging — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
We recommend using tracked postage for returns as Rejuved cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@rejuved.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
In-Clinic Purchases
For products purchased in clinic, the same 14-day return policy applies for faulty or incorrectly provided items. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products purchased in clinic.
