The Secret Pro by Cutera is a dual-platform skin resurfacing device that combines two of the most clinically validated technologies in medical aesthetics — fractional radiofrequency needling and fractional CO2 laser. Together, they address skin concerns at multiple depths, from the epidermal surface through to the deeper dermal layers where structural collagen is formed and maintained.
At Rejuved, Secret Pro treatments are performed by our experienced dermal therapists and clinician, with resurfacing laser overseen by our registered nurses. Every treatment is assessed, personalised, and delivered with a level of care that reflects the precision this device demands.
Two modalities, one device
The Secret Pro houses two distinct technologies — RF needling and CO2 laser — each with its own mechanism of action, its own set of indications, and its own recovery profile. Understanding the difference helps you make an informed decision about which treatment, or which combination, is right for your skin.
RF Needling works beneath the skin's surface. Insulated microneedles deliver radiofrequency energy into the dermis, stimulating collagen and elastin production through a controlled thermal response. The epidermis remains largely intact, which means results are meaningful and downtime is manageable.
CO2 Laser works at and below the skin's surface. Fractional laser energy creates precise microchannels in the skin, triggering both epidermal renewal and deeper collagen remodelling. Offered at two depths — Light CO2 for early concerns and surface refinement, and Resurface CO2 for more corrective, structural results.
